About the Body Blues Store
This store is owned and operated by Body Blues Solution, LLC, a company
owned by Dr. Marie-Annette Brown and Jo Robinson, authors of When
Your Body Gets the Blues. They have chosen a limited number
of items to sell in the store that they believe will help people succeed
at the LEVITY Program.
Payment and Shipping
Order online or by phone at our toll-free number 1-866-453-8489. We accept
VISA, MasterCard and Discover. If you wish to pay by check, send us an
e-mail telling us which items
you wish to purchase and where you live, and we will get back to you with
information about shipping rates and sales tax for Washington state residents.
All payments must be in US dollars.
In most cases, your order is shipped within 24-48
hours, Monday through Friday, and sometimes on Saturday. If you have any

Import Duties
For all international orders, you may be subject to import duties and
taxes, which are levied once the product reaches your country. All additional
charges for customs clearance, import duties and taxes are payable by
you. Such charges are not included in the purchase price of our products.
We have no control over those charges and cannot predict what they may
be. Customs policies vary widely between countries. You should contact
your local customs office for further information. When ordering from
us you are also considered the importer of the ordered product and you
must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you
are receiving the goods. We will not be responsible for the payment of
any customs duties under any circumstances. When ordering from us you
agree to pay any import duties which may be imposed by your country's
government. If you refuse to pay any import duties imposed and thereby
prevent delivery of your order, you will remain liable for the purchase
price of the product and you will be charged the full purchase price of
the order and the shipping price for the shipping of the order to you
together with any shipping amount incurred in the return of the goods
to us and any customs duty or penalty imposed by your government.

We Respect Your Privacy
We do not share, rent, or sell our customer list to anyone. We also do
not allow any third party ads to intrude on your shopping experience.
Security
MIVA Merchant provides our shopping cart system and Card Services International
handles our secure credit card transactions. To ensure your privacy, your
information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer connection. (You
enter the secure zone when you check out; look for a closed lock on the
bottom corner of your screen.)
Cookies
Please note that your shopping cart contents are stored in "session
cookies," which is a necessary requirement of the MIVA shopping cart
system. (The cookie allows the server to “remember” the various
items you put in your basket.) This information is reset when you quit
your current browser session. The cookies do not store your credit card
number or any personal information to track your progress through the
Internet. They simply allow us to use the MIVA shopping cart system.
E-mail Confirmation
We request an e-mail address when you order so that we can send you an
e-mail confirmating your order. This message contains your name, address,
a list of items ordered, an order reference number, confirmation of your
shipping method, and the total amount of your order. Please enter your
e-mail address carefully, as otherwise you will not receive this confirmation.
Customer Satisfaction
If you are unhappy with a product and mail it to the address below in
good condition within 21 days of receipt, we will refund your money, less
any shipping and handling costs.
